History
"Klein & Co Immobilienmanagement GmbH is a young family business that I founded together with my wife in March 2021. Our initial focus was on managing our own properties, but in January 2022 we were able to consolidate the foundations of our company by taking over the management of two residential buildings in Vienna with over 100 apartments and two shopping centers in Seiersberg and Wels with a total usable area of almost 120,000 m².
Together with a dedicated team, we were also able to implement the management of other shopping centers in 2023 and are pleased to count the Auhof Center & Riverside among our customers.
Since May 2023, our son, Marco Klein, has taken over the management of the business and is primarily involved in the areas of real estate marketing and service development.
Thanks to my many years of experience in project development, I see great potential for our company, particularly in the area of service development. Together with Marco, I already support clients in the implementation of their real estate projects, focusing on the process up to the building permit. Often lengthy administrative procedures, meetings with architects and the increasingly complex preparation of the necessary documents (submission, expert opinions, etc.) cause many to fail even before construction can begin.
The secret of our success lies in recognizing market developments and taking the needs of the end customer into account from the very beginning of the planning process. Maximum usable space, well-designed floor plans and an ideal mix of common areas are decisive criteria for project costs and utilization.
We also want to develop regionally in the coming years with another location in Salzburger Land, which we will open at the beginning of 2024."
