Tasks of the property management
The Duden dictionary describes the term property management as "the handling of all matters relating to a house".
In principle, property management is therefore responsible for looking after your property and helping to maintain and increase its value. Properties are lasting assets for generations and need to be treated accordingly.
We look after your house according to your wishes and ideas, quietly and silently in the background.
For us, however, property management means much more than the dictionary definition. Our property management company acts as an intermediary and networked interface between owners, tenants, legislators and professionals.
